Dr. Xun Guo

CEA (CHINA) KEYNOTE SPEAKER

China Earthquake Administration, China KEYNOTE SPEAKER and Head of the Civil Engineering Department at the Institute for Disaster Prevention, in the Chinese Administration of Earthquakes. He has a master’s and doctoral degree in structural engineering from the Institute of Mechanical Engineering. Since 2002, he has been a member of the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC). He has also been an expert consultant to the International Search and Rescue Team of China since 2000. During the last twenty years he has participated in post-earthquake reconstruction processes in different parts of China.
